Tom began his insurance career as a commercial lines underwriter with a large insurance carrier. In the 1970s, he transitioned from the company side of the business to the agency side, gaining valuable experience with several respected local agencies in the Rochester area. He later founded Glanton & Associates in Ontario, New York, and in 2002 led the efforts to establish Concord Insurance.

Today, Tom continues to lead the agency with decades of industry expertise, a strong commitment to client service, and a welcome sense of humor that brings energy to the workday.

A graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School, Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from St. John Fisher College.

He resides in Penfield, New York, with his wife and is the proud father of four daughters and grandfather of four grandsons & one granddaugher. Outside the office, Tom enjoys working outdoors, attending sporting events, and spending time with his family.

Shavonne began her professional career in the museum field before transitioning into the insurance industry. While pursuing her master’s degree in History at the University of Rochester, she joined Glanton & Associates as a part‑time team member—and quickly found her long‑term professional home. After ten years with Glanton & Associates, Shavonne played a key role in the formation of Concord Insurance Agency in 2002 and became a partner at that time.

She is a graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School and earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Sean began his professional career in the banking industry, where he spent over a decade working in Commercial Lending. In 1989, he transitioned into the insurance field by joining his father’s agency, The Edward F. Kelly Agency. He became the owner of the agency in 1995 and later played an integral role in the creation of Concord Insurance in 2002.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University and his Master of Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also achieved the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1998, reflecting his commitment to continued professional development.

He resides in Penfield and is the proud father of three grown daughters and grandfather of six. Outside of work, Sean enjoys golfing, watching sports, reading, and spending time with his family.
